About The Position

The Manager, Digital Acumen & Training is a global role within SC&O Systems that enables the success of Global Supply Chain by strengthening our AI mind set, digital acumen, system adoption, and operational readiness. This role is responsible for defining and delivering scalable digital curriculums and learning experiences that improve how supply chain teams use systems, data, and tools and to continue to evolve our citizen developer program. The role has a direct impact on operational efficiency, system performance, AI readiness, establishing a data-driven culture, and change adoption across regions, making it a key enabler of supply chain transformation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Education or related field).
  • Typically requires 6+ years of progressive experience in supply chain operations, systems enablement, digital training, or learning & development, including people or program leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training or enablement programs for enterprise systems in a global environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain processes and how digital tools and systems enable operational performance.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven ability to drive adoption, change, and continuous improvement through learning and capability building.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts, Agile software development, Data Management and IT Systems.
  • Familiarity with digital learning platforms.
  • English language proficiency.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience supporting global supply chain or operations organizations.
  • Deep experience with AI concepts, Agile software development, Data Management and IT Systems.
  • Experience with change management, digital transformation, or large-scale system implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the global digital acumen and training strategy for Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) Systems, ensuring alignment with Global Supply Chain priorities.
  • Design, deploy, and continuously improve role-based digital curriculums, learning experiences, and training programs that support enterprise digital acumen, citizen development, supply chain systems, digital tools, and data capabilities.
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain, IT, Process Owners, and Change Management teams to support system deployments, enhancements, and transformations.
  • Assess digital skill gaps and training needs across regions and functions, translating them into targeted learning plans and materials.
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for digital learning content, knowledge management, and user enablement.
  • Drive adoption and effective use of supply chain systems by leveraging metrics, feedback, and performance data.
  • Lead and develop a team and/or extended network of training and enablement resources in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Support audit readiness and compliance by ensuring training documentation, records, and controls are accurate and maintained.
  • Create a lifecycle learner process, including the development of KPIs to monitor program and curriculum effectiveness.
  • Provide data-driven updates and reports on program effectiveness to senior leadership.
  • Continue to evolve citizen developer program in partnership with AI & Digital PMO and Data Engineer & Digital Development to identify the right use cases and provide mentorship, training, and best practice sharing.
