About The Position

As the Manager of Data Center Site Services, you will bridge the gap between physical infrastructure and digital scale, ensuring our global data centers operate with surgical precision. You will lead the mission to evolve our multi-site footprint from high-density environments into seamless, high-availability engines of growth. By partnering with Engineering and Networking teams, you will transform complex capacity challenges into streamlined operational successes, directly impacting our ability to scale at pace.

Requirements

  • Infrastructure Leadership: Proven ability to lead multi-site data center operations, with deep expertise in power distribution, cooling efficiency, and high-density racking strategies.
  • Strategic Capacity Planning: Advanced skills in managing hardware lifecycles and infrastructure forecasting within high-availability, enterprise, or hyperscale environments.
  • People Management: A track record of building and developing inclusive, technical teams, with the ability to manage performance and morale across geographically dispersed locations.
  • Operational Agility: The ability to navigate ambiguous, fast-paced environments and create scalable systems out of complex manual processes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong communication skills used to align goals between Facilities, Security, and Engineering stakeholders to drive unified organizational outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Architect Operational Excellence: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of physical infrastructure across multiple sites, establishing standardized KPIs and workflows that ensure maximum uptime and deployment velocity.
  • Strategize Capacity & Power: Lead the forecasting and distribution of power and space resources, ensuring our physical footprint proactively meets the demands of next-generation hardware deployments.
  • Cultivate High-Performing Teams: Recruit and mentor a diverse, distributed team of experts, fostering a culture of technical ownership and professional growth that balances daily site reliability with long-term career development.
  • Optimize Vendor & Logistics Ecosystems: Manage strategic relationships with external partners and oversee complex supply chain logistics to ensure hardware arrives, is staged, and is integrated without bottlenecking engineering timelines.
  • Drive Site Evolution: Spearhead site expansion and decommissioning projects, translating business growth strategies into tangible, well-executed physical transformations.
