Infrastructure Services is part of IS&T and the foundation of Apple's global network operations — managing data center equipment and systems to deliver compute, storage, and networking services for teams across Apple, including its internal developer community. From individual facilities to a worldwide network, Infrastructure Services ensures the technology underneath everything works without question. Requirements

• 10+ years of data center leadership experience or similar critical operations environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive hands-on experience in data center operations, combined with vocational training or certifications in relevant technical fields.
• Extensive senior leadership experience in leading data center operations.
• Experience with managing OpEx/CapEx budgets

Nice To Haves

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related team.
• 15+ years of data center leadership experience or similar critical operations environment.
• Expertise in procurement standard methodologies and contract negotiations.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP), Data Center Operations Manager (DCOM), or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience in site headcount planning, forecasting, recruitment, and development, including performance and compensation planning.
• Skilled in developing, implementing, and using key performance indicators.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive presentations to director-level leadership on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Experience working with the ISDCO (Infrastructure Services Data Center Operations) Capacity Management team to optimize the availability and utilization of data center space and power.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing senior-level individual contributors, managers, and technical staff.

• Champion innovation and maintain a focus on operational excellence.
