About The Position

For Temple Faculty Practice Plan, Inc. d/b/a Temple Faculty Physicians, this role supports and maintains report automation and data integration processes for Temple Physician Groups, including TFP, MGI, TPI, CHC, and Population Health. The position identifies, monitors, evaluates, and advises on best practices for data integration, data modeling, and report automation. It conducts full data lifecycle analysis; gathers requirements from groups; analyzes and collects data; and develops and implements solutions. The role also continuously monitors performance and quality controls to identify improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or foreign equivalent in Analytics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in the job offered or in data analytics.
• Experience must include production-level MSSQL and T-SQL.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server database management systems.
• Experience with analytical and statistical software packages such as Python, R, or SAS.
