About The Position
The Manager, Data Analytics within Sourcing Solutions PE&A leads the insights and decision frameworks that shape sourcing strategy across categories and markets. This visible leadership role influences senior leaders, advances sourcing outcomes, and embeds analytics into everyday decision-making. The position sets analytical standards, shapes performance narratives, and ensures insights are incorporated into sourcing operations. Sourcing Solutions PE&A simplifies, standardizes, and accelerates sourcing decisions through analytics, process optimization, and scalable insights. The team partners with Sourcing, Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Procurement to turn complex data into trusted intelligence across the Source-to-Contract lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field and 2 years of experience conducting mathematical or statistical research, analysis, and modeling intelligence, corporate security, or a related area; or 4 years of such experience.
- Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, including experience translating data into actionable intelligence.
- Data and technology savviness, including AI/ML knowledge in a business context and experience pulling, manipulating, and interpreting large datasets.
- Fluency in outcomes-based analysis.
- Ability to lead through influence with clear, compelling communication.
- Proven experience developing practical predictive models in a business domain.
- Background in engineering, statistics, computational science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience in management consulting, sourcing and procurement, supply chain, or business strategy.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement business intelligence solutions to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure adoption.
- Partner with Product, Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, and Merchandising to align data needs, performance metrics, and insights, navigating competing priorities to deliver results.
- Structure ambiguous problems using prescriptive analytics and root-cause analysis, and establish clear, governable business logic.
- Build and present executive-ready visual stories that drive value-focused action.
- Mentor and upskill the team to strengthen its analytical capabilities.
