The Manager-Customer Engagement is responsible for helping design and maintain our digital presence as well as facilitate the majority of all customer engagement areas for the Remarketing Department. These areas include email marketing, texting, web chat, website enhancements and much more. The goal of this position is to help provide a better customer experience while generating new leads through various forms of customer touchpoints. We are looking for someone who can manage a small team of associates, learn fast and is determined to succeed. People who are enthusiastic, have strong interpersonal skills, and set aggressive goals for themselves do well in this position. They will have good understanding of technology and how to use it effectively to complete certain tasks. Specially how technology can be used to make our sales representatives and the customer’s experience better and more efficient.
