Requirements

  • 7 + Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus
  • Experience with Scribe a plus
  • SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology , MIS or equivalent

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of 365
  • Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
  • Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)
  • Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 clients
  • Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology
