Requirements
- 7 + Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Nice To Haves
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM certified a plus
- Experience with Scribe a plus
- SQL Server Reporting Services a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology , MIS or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Installation, training, upgrading, configuration, support, and documentation of 365
- Ability to work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and functional specifications
- Ability to provide Post-implementation support (help desk)
- Provide onsite and offsite consulting services and support to Dynamics 365 clients
- Learn, utilize, and promote the RSM Project Implementation Methodology
