This position is responsible for leading Customer Care factory financial recovery efforts, with a primary focus on recall, service campaign, and warranty expense recovery, buyback-related factory claims support, and the related ACL recovery processes. The role partners closely with Customer Care Strategy and Operations, Finance, and affiliate factories to ensure that incurred expenses are accurately identified, claimed, validated, and recovered in accordance with factory billing policies and timelines. In addition to its primary responsibilities, the position may support broader financial and administrative activities across Customer Care including reporting, purchasing coordination, and invoice processing to help maintain operational continuity, financial transparency, and compliance.
