About the position
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the success of the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system and optimizing revenue operations processes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of CRM systems, sales operations, and product management. You will take ownership of the CRM system, develop and execute the CRM strategy, and identify and implement enhancements for continuous improvement. Additionally, you will analyze and optimize revenue operations processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the CRM product owner.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the CRM system and ensure its effectiveness and alignment with business objectives
- Develop, execute, and maintain the CRM strategy and integrate it into the broader organizational goals
- Identify and implement CRM enhancements for continuous improvement and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive CRM initiatives
- Analyze and optimize revenue operations processes to enhance efficiency
- Drive implementation of best practices across operations and sales functions
- Develop and manage key metrics and reports to track revenue performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to maximize efficiency in revenue generation
- Serve as the CRM product owner, facilitate ceremonies, and prioritize backlog
- Define and prioritize user stories, epics, and requirements based on business needs and CRM best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product roadmap decisions
- Ensure timely delivery of CRM enhancements by working closely with technical specialists and end users
- Apply data governance policies consistently in the CRM system
- Collaborate with teams to develop and implement data standards, processes, and guidelines for high-quality data
- Monitor data integrity, identify gaps, and take corrective actions as needed
- Make data easy to access, understand, and use
- Proactively spot opportunities, design recommendations, and lead others to ensure successful outcomes
- Collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information using excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive results
- Present complex information in a clear and concise manner through excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by applying data governance principles
- Foster a connected tribe and a sense of belonging through regular online events, show and tells, book clubs, and off-site events

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM ownership, revenue operations, or related roles
- Strong understanding of Hubspot or Salesforce
- Strong experience in proactively spotting opportunities, designing recommendations and leading others in ensuring a successful outcome
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive results
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Knowledge of data governance principles and experience ensuring data accuracy and integrity
