About The Position

The Enterprise/Corporate Risk team is seeking a Manager to support Fidelity’s Issue Management Program, including issue monitoring and management, preparing Executive-level reporting, development and implementation of risk analytics, and supporting various initiatives related to the Issue Management Program and Enterprise Risk Management Program.

Requirements

• Ability to draft summaries for executive level communication

Responsibilities

• Issue monitoring and management
• Preparing Executive-level reporting
• Development and implementation of risk analytics
• Supporting various initiatives related to the Issue Management Program and Enterprise Risk Management Program
• Ensuring prompt identification, escalation, and remediation of issues across all of Fidelity
• Reviewing issues to ensure they are reported accurately
• Providing executive level summaries to senior leaders of issues when applicable
• Working collaboratively across business units to ensure that issues are identified and escalated according to policy
• Producing executive and committee level reporting and presentations for the Heads of Risk
