The Enterprise/Corporate Risk team at Fidelity is seeking a Manager to support the company’s Issue Management Program. This role involves issue monitoring and management, preparing Executive-level reporting, developing and implementing risk analytics, and supporting various initiatives related to the Issue Management Program and Enterprise Risk Management Program. The Issues Management program team, which operates under Enterprise Risk, is responsible for ensuring the prompt identification, escalation, and remediation of issues across all of Fidelity. The team reviews issues for accurate reporting and provides executive-level summaries to senior leaders when applicable. The Issue Management Program emphasizes collaborative work across business units to ensure issues are identified and escalated according to policy. Additionally, the team produces executive and committee level reporting and presentations for the Heads of Risk.
