City Year is a trailblazing, youth-powered organization working to create conditions that enable young people to reach their full potential, build leadership skills, and contribute to vibrant communities. Research shows the more time a student spends with a City Year AmeriCorps member serving as a student success coach, the better the student outcomes—academically, interpersonally and in terms of attendance. A public-private partnership, City Year is a proud member of AmeriCorps, operating in 29 U.S. cities with international affiliates in the U.K. and South Africa. Today, 40,000 alums continue to lead and serve where they live and work. City Year Greater Boston (CYGB) is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to help grow and steward the organization’s corporate partners. Reporting to the Director of Corporate and Foundation Partnerships, this role will manage a portfolio of corporate donors and prospects while supporting the strategy, stewardship, and execution of CYGB’s broader corporate engagement efforts. The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in securing philanthropic support from local and national companies through corporate sponsorships, employee engagement opportunities, and event partnerships. This individual will cultivate meaningful relationships with corporate partners, identify new funding opportunities, and ensure an exceptional donor experience through thoughtful stewardship and engagement. Working closely with the Director of Corporate and Foundation Partnerships and Managing Director of Development, this position will help execute a comprehensive corporate fundraising strategy that supports CYGB’s mission and annual fundraising goals. The Manager will also oversee sponsorship fulfillment and stewardship activities across the corporate portfolio, ensuring partners receive timely communications, recognition, impact reporting, and engagement opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging fundraising professional who is eager to build a portfolio of donors, strengthen relationship management skills, and contribute to a high-performing development team.
