The Manager of Project Controls reports to the Director of Project Controls and Business Operations and is responsible for overseeing and managing daily project accounting functions within the Construction Department. This role supervises Construction Project Administrators (CPAs) and Construction Project Liaisons (CPLs), and leads the construction projects budget management process, including POCOs, ODPs, and Buyouts, etc. The Manager collaborates closely with Project Accounting, Supply Chain, and Accounts Payable to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures. Additionally, this position is responsible for developing dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making by senior leadership.
