Reporting to the Director – Royalty Operations, the Manager of Concerts will be responsible for managing and building a high performing team that will ultimately contribute to the overall success of our Concert Distributions. You will play a key role in ensuring that creators and rights holders are accurately and fairly compensated for their live performances. Leading a dedicated team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Concert distribution process, driving operational excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation. This role sits at the intersection of data, technology, and service, requiring a strong leader who is passionate about supporting the music community and enhancing the experience and outcomes for our members.
