We are seeking a collaborative, strategic, and execution‑oriented HR Operations Manager to lead a team supporting compensation operations within Total Rewards Ops. This role blends hands‑on operational ownership with people leadership, driving both daily execution and long‑term process improvements to ensure consistent, accurate, and customer‑focused compensation operations across RTX.

Requirements

  • A University Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Total Rewards, or compensation‑focused HR roles.
  • 5+ years of experience with Excel, including pivot tables and charts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day‑to‑day execution of compensation operational processes, ensuring accuracy, policy alignment, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Process, validate, and audit compensation‑related transactions in Workday and other HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage operational components of annual compensation planning, including reporting, data validation, consolidation, and readiness activities in partnership with Total Rewards.
  • Manage, coach, and develop the HR Operations employees supporting compensation‑related inquiries and processes across RTX’s U.S. employee population.
  • Maintain and enhance compensation metrics, dashboards, and operational reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to resolve complex or sensitive compensation issues.
  • Analyze KPIs, trends, customer satisfaction data, and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
