We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑focused, proactive, and collaborative Senior Analyst to join our Total Rewards Operations shared service function. In this role, you will research, analyze, and respond to a variety of HR inquiries with a focus on compensation operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across the organization.

Requirements

  • A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience with Excel, including pivot tables and charts.

  • Experience supporting compensation operations or Total Rewards processes.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Workday.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with RTX systems, programs, or processes.
  • Experience supporting operational enhancements, continuous improvement projects, or system transitions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to interpret policy and process requirements.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees at all levels.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day operational support for compensation processes, ensuring adherence to established policies, business controls, and service level agreements.
  • Process, validate, and audit compensation‑related transactions in Workday and other HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Conduct data quality checks, troubleshoot discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions to maintain the integrity of compensation data.
  • Support annual compensation cycle activities, including reporting, data consolidation, validation, and system readiness tasks.
  • Maintain compensation‑related metrics and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline, refine, and automate compensation operations processes.
  • Collaborate with Total Rewards, HR Technology, and other People Services teams to update documentation, knowledge articles, and employee‑facing resources.
  • Assist in administering and supporting employee recognition programs.
