About The Position

The Manager, Commercial Finance will be a key business partner supporting Avis Budget Group’s commercial organization. This role will provide financial leadership and analysis across commercial performance, pricing, customer profitability, forecasting, and strategic business opportunities while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Pricing, or a related field.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with experience partnering with business leaders.
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience supporting commercial, sales, pricing, or customer profitability decisions preferred.

Nice To Haves

• experience with Tableau, Salesforce, SQL, or similar tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial/Sales leadership to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities to drive profitable growth.
• Lead financial analysis of commercial opportunities, including pricing, contract economics, profitability, and margin impact.
• Develop and analyze forecasts, budgets, and long-range financial plans.
• Monitor customer and commercial performance and provide insights into key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Build financial models and business cases to support strategic decisions.
• Develop reporting and presentations for senior leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance on commercial initiatives.
• Lead ad-hoc analysis and projects supporting Commercial Finance priorities.
