Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 4 years of practice management experience with progressive responsibility
• De-escalation training within 6 months.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Overseeing clinical and administrative functions of capital and operating budgets, patient registration, billing, clinical information systems, management of clinical and administrative staff and clinic marketing and planning.
• Managing performance for Caregiver Engagement, Service Excellence, Quality & Safety and Stewardship.
• Responsible for multiple small practices or a large complex practice with a score between 7 and 12 on the Manger Trigger Tool.
• Ensures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, financial performance and clinic policies.
• Decisions are made independently or in collaboration with others.
• This position has patient contact, has access to confidential information and functions under the direct supervision of a Director.
