The Manager Clinic Practice Operations oversees and ensures efficient clinic operations, aiming for a high level of productivity and providing operational and technical direction. This role involves continually monitoring clinic functioning, resolving problems, and revising operations as needed. The manager is responsible for all clinic functions, including scheduling, registration, accounts receivable, health information, provider recruitment, imaging, laboratory, and/or clinical services. They act as a liaison to corporate departments supporting these services, partnering with other market departments and leaders to ensure quality patient services and overall patient satisfaction. A key responsibility is the resolution of patient concerns, complaints, and problems, while supporting the organization's mission, vision, values, and strategic initiatives. The role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing processes to achieve established policies, goals, and objectives, and maintaining effective communication with physicians and advanced practice professionals. Provider relations, including practice management, orientation, follow-up support, and problem resolution, are also under their purview. The manager participates in community activities and the development of business and market growth plans, and develops/administers policies and procedures for department-specific and organizational initiatives. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and performing human resources responsibilities for staff, including interviewing, selection, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation, conflict resolution, and terminations, are critical. Additionally, the manager develops and recommends operating and capital budgets, controls expenditures, and adheres to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct.
