About The Position

The Manager II, Clinic Practice oversees the daily operations of physician practices, ensuring delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while achieving financial, operational, and performance goals. Provides leadership, resource management, and strategic direction to support staff engagement, regulatory compliance, and organizational growth. Applies financial analysis to support decision-making and resource allocation. Oversees staffing, scheduling, and resource utilization to meet operational demands. Leads and develops staff to support performance, engagement, and retention. Maintains collaborative relationships with physicians, leadership, and care teams. Monitors and improves patient satisfaction and service quality. Ensures compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards. Communicates effectively with stakeholders and promotes open communication. Evaluates processes and implements improvements to enhance performance. Supports recruitment, retention, and professional development initiatives. Utilizes project management principles to support operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required or 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience required.
  • RN/BSN license may be required depending on practice model and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive operational excellence.
