About The Position

As a Manager, Client Delivery, you serve as both a trusted client partner and a delivery leader. You are responsible for the day-to-day execution of assigned projects while building and maintaining strong client relationships. You keep timelines on track, budgets aligned, teams organized, and clients informed. You solve problems creatively, escalate concerns appropriately, and navigate complex situations with sound judgment and professionalism. This role offers the opportunity to strengthen strategic operations skills, build financial acumen, enhance delivery expertise, and contribute to a culture of excellence. The role manages projects from kickoff through final delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and maintaining quality, schedule, scope, and budget. It also includes financial and resource management, adoption of project management technologies and AI-powered tools, and contributing to process improvement. The position supports client communications and partnership assets, with occasional travel to client activations as needed. Dentsu’s hybrid approach combines remote flexibility with regular in-person collaboration. Employees within commuting distance (90 minutes) of a headquarters or hub office—New York, Chicago, Detroit, or Los Angeles—are generally required to work in-office 2–3 days per week, including one Team Day. Requirements may vary by office and role. Employees who do not live near an office may be designated remote depending on role and business needs; flexibility to attend an office when needed is expected.
