The business has experienced substantial growth over the past five years due to its strong credit card products and innovative strategy. To support an ambitious growth trajectory, the Cards Engagement team is expanding, with significant investment in engagement capabilities and levers to capitalize on future strategic opportunities. The successful candidate will own strategic opportunities to strengthen client engagement and drive portfolio growth. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and client experience, requiring collaboration with cross-functional partners in Product, Risk, Marketing, and Technology to deliver measurable results and sustained growth. The primary focus will be to evolve the engagement ecosystem by building strategies that deepen client relationships, increase profitability, and support RBC’s long-term vision for its Cards business.
