About The Position

As a Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, budget management, vendor relationships, process improvement, and campaign management within our marketing department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, streamline workflows, and ensure efficient allocation of resources. This position is remote, offering flexibility and autonomy in managing tasks and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing operations, with a focus on budget management, vendor relationships, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI, Google Analytics) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Copywriting experience with an understanding of SEO principles.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, forecast, allocate, and track marketing budgets.
  • Develop and maintain real-time reports to monitor spending against goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct spend reconciliation against purchase orders and invoices.
  • Research, engage, and negotiate with external vendors.
  • Maintain vendor contracts, ensuring operational, technical, and financial compliance.
  • Track vendor performance and manage relationships effectively.
  • Map, analyze, and enhance departmental procedures for efficiency.
  • Implement and manage changes in processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Develop and maintain business continuity plans.
  • Utilize business intelligence tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, Microsoft CRM) to gather insights.
  • Prepare and present findings to leadership for performance review and optimization.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement improvements based on data analysis.
  • Research, strategize, and plan marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee campaign creation, implementation, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign spend against KPIs to assess ROI and optimize strategies.
  • Produce SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including blogs, job board postings, ads, and web pages.
  • Develop creative assets aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Facilitate migration and transition processes for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM.
  • Act as a representative stakeholder for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM initiatives.
  • Build, manage and report on Campaigns.
