About The Position

The Manager, Business Systems & Transformation supports RTX applications, with a strong focus on Procurement-related processes in the SAP ecosystem. The role calls for cross-functional collaboration, digital and functional workstream leadership, solution design and configuration experience, and clear communication. Primary supported applications include APEX (Financial SAP System), PRISM (Operations SAP System), ESDM (Enterprise Supplier Data Management), EPAD (Enterprise Procurement and Agreement Database), SRS (Supplier Rating System), and SAP Fiori applications: Where’s My Stuff, Order More Stuff, and Buyer Quick Edit. The position is part of the RTX Enterprise Services team in Santa Isabel, Puerto Rico. It is designated remote, with the employee working primarily offsite and potentially traveling to the Santa Isabel site as needed. The successful candidate must currently live in Puerto Rico. Written work instructions used for daily activities are available in English only.

Requirements

Typically, a university degree or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience.
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and leading cross-functional resolution efforts.
Experience supporting integrated technology solutions across multiple stakeholder groups.
Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
U.S. citizenship is required because only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under the program/contract.
Must currently live in Puerto Rico.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with additional SAP solutions, including S/4HANA Procurement processes, SAP Fieldglass (including ASAPIO and BTP), and SAP Ariba.
Experience with SAP BW/BI reporting.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong partnerships with remote teams and customers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting distributed or remote teams.
Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsibilities

Support Supply Chain Procurement processes across SAP ERP systems APEX and PRISM, including process design, SAP software configuration, system testing, end-user training, production system support, and SAP ALE/IDoc processing.
Partner with Business Unit user groups to coordinate user requests, support user acceptance testing, and maintain enterprise support materials.
Create functional specifications for system changes.
Communicate regularly with leadership about status, needs, and resource requirements.
