About The Position

This is your chance to be part of a Finance Team that is a critical business partner that manages all global activities related to financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management. As a Manager on the Brands Finance team reporting to the Director of Brands Finance, you will focus on the development of reports to track and improve spending compliance for the Luxury, Full Service, Lifestyle, Focused/All-Suites, Food & Beverage, and Brand Management teams. What you'll do during a typical day: Lead and set clear goals and measures of success for a centralized finance team for Brands, refining the process and controlled environment Design accurate reports to improve overall Brands spend control, timing, and compliance Produce financial analyses on expenditure, providing perceptive information and observations, and sharing and broadening knowledge within Brands Finance Provide support to FP&A team during the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews How you'll collaborate with others: Collaborate with Team Members across all of Hilton's Brands and the Brand Management, Design, and Food & Beverage teams Collaborate with other teams such as accounting, legal, tax, treasury, and others to provide comprehensive financial management of Brands Collaborate with other Finance teams to support the broader Brands and GBCS Monthly/Quarterly finance reviews. What you'll take ownership of: Brands financial performance – you will be the “go-to” person for all questions relating to the performance of the Brands and its future outlook Build and evaluate business cases in partnership with business leaders for new investments that seek to address challenges

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of work experience in Financial Analysis or similar fields
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS Bachelor's Degree and MA/MS Master's Degree
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • Proficiency with Oracle Smart View or Hyperion Essbase
  • Experience working with or familiarity with brand management
  • Familiarity with the corporate procurement or spend process

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to FP&A team during the preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Collaborate with Team Members across all of Hilton's Brands and the Brand Management, Design, and Food & Beverage teams
  • Collaborate with other teams such as accounting, legal, tax, treasury, and others to provide comprehensive financial management of Brands
  • Collaborate with other Finance teams to support the broader Brands and GBCS Monthly/Quarterly finance reviews.
