The mission of a Syndigo Account Manager is to maximize the value of customers’ existing investments while identifying early-stage growth opportunities that drive strong net revenue retention (NRR). Long Tail Account Managers serve as the primary commercial point of contact for a defined territory of existing Small-Medium Businesses (SMB) customers. Account Managers proactively identify risk within their customer base to reduce the likelihood of churn. They also focus on engaging cohorts of customers with growth potential, leveraging team-based selling to achieve NRR goals. This is a quota-carrying sales role focused on Long Tail SMB clients and is measured against a blended renewal and growth quota.
