About The Position

The Manager Bereavement must meet State and Federal qualifications for providing bereavement services. The role involves working with the psychological dynamics associated with illness, loss, and death, and organizing, staffing, and facilitating bereavement groups. The candidate must be able to work within a team environment.

Requirements

• Meet State and Federal qualifications for providing bereavement services.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment.
• Reliable transportation and a proper license and insurance coverage for driving and transporting passengers.
• Master's degree from an accredited school in counseling, grief counseling, social work, ministry, pastoral care, or another related field.

Nice To Haves

• Five years of experience in a clinical setting.
• Experience and skill in dealing with the psychological dynamics associated with illness, loss, and death.
• Experience and skill in organizing, staffing, and facilitating a variety of bereavement groups.
• Product and marketing knowledge.
• Recruiting experience.
