About The Position

We are hiring for a Manager Behavioral Health at Providence Crisis Stabilization Center in Anchorage, AK! This is a full-time position, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, Monday-Friday, with core business hours, totaling 40 hours per week. Applicants who meet the qualifications will receive an invitation with additional screening questions from our HireVue system. The role involves coordinating the team in the delivery of patient care in a compassionate and ethical manner, adhering to recognized standards and care models. The Manager will develop the clinical program and ensure the safety and daily management of assigned behavioral health units and/or operations. This position requires independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for clinical and operational issues for assigned units/operations. Special projects consistent with strategic, fiscal, and operational goals/targets may be assigned. Responsibilities include assisting with business plans, fiscal accountability, and clinical and resource utilization, while fostering change and teamwork. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Behavioral health, social work or counseling, or related field.
  • Upon hire: Alaska Clinical Social Worker License.
  • Upon hire: Alaska Professional Counselor License.
  • Upon hire: Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License.
  • Upon hire: Alaska Psychologist License
  • 5 years Behavioral health or social services experience.
  • 3 years Management/supervisory experience.
