About The Position

The Bar Manager oversees all aspects of bar operations while ensuring the Company's standards of quality, service, and operations are maintained. This role requires a dynamic individual with a history of high-volume bar excellence. The ideal candidate will be proficient in inventory and control standards, as well as proactive and reactive in proper product ordering in a high-volume operation. A natural inclination for hospitality and service, coupled with a strong proven work ethic, is essential.

Requirements

• History of high-volume bar excellence.
• Proficiency in inventory and control standards.
• Proficiency in proper product ordering.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, drinks, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Availability to work late nights, holidays, and long shifts as necessary.
