As a Manager your role will be diverse and fulfilling, utilising your: Understanding of process design and improvement and management. Understanding of core business processes and products in the banking industry. Experience in leading a team through an entire project life cycle. Knowledge and experience of Wealth Management/ Private Banking client segments, products and propositions, channels and front to back operating models. Abilities to apply technology principles to business. You will contribute to the firm's growth initiatives by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, digital innovations, and best practices in the banking industry, and by sharing knowledge and insights with colleagues and clients.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor’s degree.
At least eight years of Financial Services Consulting experience.
Strong experience with Business, Operating, and Functional Models, especially in Target Operating Model (TOM) design and management.
Successfully performed as a project manager in multiple and complex change programs.
Strong experience in project delivery and program management, in large multi-year, cross functional programs.
Hands-on experience in one or more projects in Wealth Management/ Private Banking client segments, products and propositions, channels and front to back operating models, or applying technology principles to business.
Great track record of successful people management for both onshore and offshore teams.
Highly analytical and structured in problem solving; able to quickly understand complex situations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to quickly build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Entrepreneurial spirit and team leadership skills.
Willing to travel as the job requires.

Nice To Haves

Holding an advanced degree and/or additional qualification is a bonus.
Having a background in data management would further support your ability to optimise these frameworks and drive process improvement.
