About The Position

Kerry is hiring an Asset Reliability Lead to lead the asset reliability program for its Beverage Business Network across multiple sites. The role supports Kerry North America asset reliability initiatives and provides dotted-line support to business network maintenance teams. It reports to the Business Network Director of Engineering. The network currently includes sites in Seattle, Washington; Byesville, Ohio; Owatonna, Minnesota; and Ste Claire, Quebec, with the possibility of additional sites. The role is preferred to be based at one of the listed U.S. sites, though remote work may be possible for the right candidate. International travel between the United States and Canada is required as needed, with travel expected to be approximately 50% or more. The typical hiring range is $102,000 to $168,250 annually. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, such as Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, or a similar discipline.
10 or more years of progressive experience in a maintenance leadership role and/or a reliability engineering role.
Ability to work on the factory floor and as part of a decentralized regional team.
Ability to travel internationally between the United States and Canada as needed; travel is approximately 50% or more.

Nice To Haves

Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification or equivalent.
Experience in food, consumer goods, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Based at one of the listed U.S. sites; remote work may be possible for the right candidate.
