About The Position

This position is responsible for the full systems development life cycle management of projects and programs. This role provides strategic direction for technical and business resources, participates in long-range strategy planning, and manages policy development to address complex business issues. As the primary point of contact from project inception to delivery, you will lead cross-functional teams and manage the project management infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience.
At least 3 years of leadership experience in managing large, cross-functional teams or projects.
Advanced knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, and project management.
Senior level management experience in systems analysis and applications development.
Proven ability to influence senior level management and key stakeholders.
Experience in providing strategic direction and mentoring junior management or senior technical staff.
Accountable for IT functional/departmental results.

Responsibilities

Oversee the full systems development life cycle of projects/programs.
Provide leadership and direction for technical and business resources.
Participate in long-range strategic planning and policy development.
Serve as the primary contact for project/program inception to delivery.
Define and develop project management infrastructure and methodologies.
Monitor and control the quality of deliverables through customer acceptance.
Collaborate with business unit managers to form alliances on projects and operational decisions.
Manage scheduling requirements/conflicts and vendor contract clarification.
