About The Position

Health New England, Inc. has a position available in Springfield, MA. Lead and oversee the IT Application Development team ensuring business strategies, plans, and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures. Work with business/IT stakeholders on the projects/initiatives prioritization, project schedule/milestones using tools such as WBS and Gantt/PERT, high-level scope and requirements, budget, resource requirements, project communications, and risk management utilizing both Waterfall and Agile development methodologies. Identify dependencies between the integrations and process improvement needs for tuning SDLC/Development methodologies. Responsible for maintaining and adhering to internal controls, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and following entity-level policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree (Required)
• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
