About The Position

The role involves collaborating closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements and design quality technical solutions. These solutions should align with business and IT strategies and adhere to the organization's architectural standards. The candidate will be involved in the full systems life cycle, responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting application software delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 2 years of programming or systems analysis experience.
Intermediate professional level with the ability to develop solutions requiring analysis and research.
Experience with systems analysis, design, and understanding of development, quality assurance, and integration methodologies.
Ability to work on multiple projects and possess knowledge in a specific business area.

Responsibilities

Analyze and design technical solutions aligned with business requirements and IT strategies.
Participate in the full systems life cycle, including design, coding, testing, implementation, and maintenance of application software.
Ensure compliance with the organization’s architectural standards.
Make recommendations for new code development or reuse of existing code.
Engage in component and data architecture design, performance monitoring, and product evaluation.
Contribute to buy vs. build recommendations.
Work on small to large, complex projects in various technical environments.
Collaborate as a team member or occasionally lead projects.
Coach and mentor junior technical staff when needed.
