As a Manager and Head of BU2 NA Customer Quality/Warranty reporting to the Head of Quality – BU2, you will be responsible to manage BU2 NA region Warranty management systems, including evaluation of product field performance, customer warranty debits, product field/warranty cost improvement and customer warranty interface. Coordination with Plants and Engineering on field issue resolution and improvement. Management of the Significant Quality Issue/Top Quality Issue for BU2 NA.
