This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Services team that propels Hilton's sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions! As the Manager, AI & Resorts Offers Strategy, reporting to the Director, you will help shape and optimize Hilton's offer strategy for the all-inclusive and resort portfolio. You will sit at the intersection of commercial strategy, pricing, distribution, sales, digital merchandising, analytics, and guest demand generation. You will use data, insights, and a test-and-learn mindset to improve how resort and all-inclusive offers are designed, targeted, sequenced, measured, and activated across Hilton's customer- and trade-facing channels. In this role, you will work closely with Revenue Management, Pricing, Distribution, Marketing, Digital, Brand, Product, Analytics, regional commercial teams, and hotel partners to build and refine offers that support profitable growth, strengthen the customer value proposition, and improve performance during key need periods and seasonal windows.
