About The Position

Trimble is seeking a Manager of Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense to lead regional procure-to-pay (P2P) operations and transformation across the Americas, with influence across US and Latin American operations. The role leads adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P and Expenses, establishes modern P2P standards, and partners with global leaders to optimize cash disbursements, working capital efficiency, and operational excellence. The position works with cross-border teams in Mexicali and a strategic offshore BPO partner. Listed locations are Dayton, Ohio; Lake Oswego, Oregon; and Westminster, Colorado. Travel is approximately 10%.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable, Travel & Expense, or P2P finance operations in a multinational corporate environment.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience, including leading cross-border or remote teams across Latin America.
• Experience driving P2P process improvement or change management initiatives, such as policy enforcement or supplier portal rollouts.
• Strong foundational knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance internal controls, and disbursement governance.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP systems, especially Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P and Oracle Expenses.
• Direct experience managing offshore BPO partner delivery relationships.
• Working knowledge of or proficiency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Authorize and govern multi-channel payment disbursement runs across US and LATAM entities in alignment with Corporate Treasury and cash flow targets.
• Lead regional business adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P and Expenses, serving as a subject matter expert and change advocate.
• Promote a disciplined No PO, No Pay culture by educating business stakeholders and remediating non-compliant purchasing practices.
• Accelerate supplier portal onboarding for vendor management, e-invoicing, and secure tax compliance.
• Drive operational excellence and service delivery with cross-border teams in Mexicali and the strategic offshore BPO partner.
• Lead regional P2P initiatives and change management to improve financial operations.
