About The Position

Our client is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and improve financial processes. This role will manage key accounting functions, support the accounting team, and provide financial insights to help drive business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of accounting/finance experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience managing accounting operations and teams
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliations
• Manage month-end close and financial reporting processes
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures
• Lead and mentor accounting team members
• Provide reporting and insights to support business strategy
