The Accounts Receivable Manager is responsible for the timely and accurate exchange of customer payment information through the electronic interface between the lockbox bank, Helena's remittance processing system and Oracle accounts receivable with a primary goal of producing accurate customer accounts and statements. This position is also responsible for leading several members of the team. The employee's primary duty must be the performance of office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of Helena or Helena's customers. This also includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance.
