The team manages Wireless Accounts Receivable operations across Walmart, Sam’s Club, and Walmart Canada, overseeing revenue recognition, carrier reconciliations, dispute resolution, and financial reporting in a multi-carrier environment. They ensure accurate accounting and resolve discrepancies to protect margins while modernizing workflows through AI and automation. Delivering actionable insights to leadership, the team partners cross-functionally to support compliance, carrier programs, and strategic initiatives.
