Prudential’s Group Insurance Onboarding organization is seeking a Manager, Absence Onboarding Specialist (Leader of People) to lead a portion of the Absence Onboarding Specialist (AOS) team. This role provides day-to-day people leadership and delivery oversight, and partners closely with the Director of Absence Onboarding on leadership priorities, initiatives, project management, continuous improvement, and talent excellence. The current employee work arrangement for this position is dependent on business preferences and location, and may require on-site presence on occasion at a Prudential office.
