Management Trainee Fall 2026 Internship
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. Interns will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. They will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting their learning, growth, and enjoyment. This role is for students in their final semester of a bachelor's degree program, graduating in December 2026. It is a part-time position offering $22 per hour and requires a driver's license.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must be enrolled full-time at a 4-year university pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
- Must be in the final semester graduating December 2026.
- Must have 3 months of experience in sales, customer service, or leadership.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
- Must be able to commit to a 10-12 week internship.
- Must be available to start employment in October 2026.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
- Must possess a valid unrestricted driver's license.
Responsibilities
