About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, helping interns stand out from the crowd. From day one, interns learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers providing support for learning, growth, and enjoyment. This role is for students enrolled in a college/university pursuing a bachelor's degree, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027. The position is part-time, offering $17 per hour with flexible hours, requiring 20-25 hours per week, including weekends. The position is located at 4000 International Lane, Madison, WI 53704.

Requirements

Must be a senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than December 2026 or May 2027.
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
