About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship is designed for university/college students to build valuable business and leadership skills through real-world professional experience. As a paid intern, you will learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns face the same challenges as full-time professionals in a team-based environment, with peers supporting learning, growth, and fun. This role is for students in their final semester of a bachelor's degree program, graduating in December 2026. The position is part-time, offering $17 per hour, and is located at 6117 Siegen Ln, Baton Rouge, LA 70809.

Requirements

Must be a senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than December 2026.
Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 5 years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship.
Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
Must be able to commit to a minimum 10-12 week program starting no later than September 15, 2026.
