Management Trainee Fall 2026 Internship - Madison
About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship is designed to help university/college students build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience, allowing interns to learn what it takes to run a successful business and acquire marketable management skills. Interns will face the same challenges as first and second-year full-time professionals in a team-based environment. This role is for students pursuing a bachelor's degree, graduating in December 2026 or May 2027. The position is part-time, offering $17 per hour with flexible hours, requiring 20-25 hours per week, including weekends. The position is located at one of the following branches: 4000 International Lane, Madison, WI 53704.
Requirements
- Must be a senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with a graduation date no later than December 2026 or May 2027.
- Must have a minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management, or leadership.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years.
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in the past 3 years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the internship.
