About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program at a neighborhood branch in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. The role provides structured, hands-on training, mentoring, and support to prepare the trainee to run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. The trainee serves customers and partners while learning branch operations and building relationships in the community. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and advancing through a promotion-from-within culture. The position is located at 2740 Main St NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448. Targeted first-year annual compensation is $54,329.24, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree.
At least one year of experience in sales and customer service, such as commission sales, retail, restaurant or service work, or hospitality; or leadership experience in the military, athletics or team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
Valid driver’s license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring employment authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
At least 18 years old.
