About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Management Training Program, based at a neighborhood branch in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. Management Trainees learn the business from day one while serving customers and partners and supporting branch operations. The structured, hands-on program provides training, mentoring, and support to build the skills needed to run a branch, develop a team, and cultivate new business. Training covers customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, with an emphasis on putting customers first and building community relationships. The position offers targeted first-year annual compensation of $54,329.24, based on an average 46-hour work week.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
At least one year of experience in sales or customer service, such as commission sales, retail, restaurant or service work, or hospitality; or in leadership through military service, athletics or team activities, or community, social, or academic organizations.
Valid driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record in the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related driving convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past three years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future work-authorization sponsorship from the company.
At least 18 years old.
