About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with practical business and leadership experience. Paid interns learn how to run a successful business and develop management skills while working in a team-based environment alongside peers and completing challenges similar to those undertaken by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The role is located at 404 South 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah. During the 10–12-week summer internship, interns gain experience managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They also complete intern projects and participate in peer competitions. Interns may be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.

Requirements

Be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating no later than May 2028 (rising senior).
Be able to work 25 hours per week for a full 10–12 weeks, up to a maximum of 89 days, during the May-to-August window.
Have a valid U.S. driver’s license and no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
Have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on the driving record within the last five years.
Be authorized to work in the United States without requiring the company to sponsor work authorization now or in the future.
Be at least 18 years old.
