About The Position
The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, real-world professional experience and opportunities to build business and leadership skills. Interns learn what it takes to run a successful business and develop management skills in a team-based environment, working alongside peers and taking on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The role is located at 404 South 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah. Interns must work 25 hours per week for 10–12 weeks, up to a maximum of 89 days, during the May-to-August window.
Requirements
- Must be a current college student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and graduating no later than May 2028 (rising senior).
- Must be able to work 25 hours per week for a full 10–12 weeks, up to 89 days maximum, during the May-to-August window.
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
- Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on the driving record within the last five years.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Develop skills in managing a fleet of vehicles, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers.
- Complete intern projects using skills learned during the internship.
- Participate in friendly competition with peers.
