About The Position

The Enterprise Management Internship provides university and college students with paid, real-world experience developing business and leadership skills. Interns work in a team-based environment and take on challenges similar to those faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals. The position is located at 404 South 300 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84101-1705. Interns gain experience in business management, including managing a vehicle fleet, serving customers, developing marketing strategies, and building relationships with customers and coworkers. They complete internship projects and participate in peer competition. Interns may also be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards. The internship lasts 10–12 weeks, with a maximum of 89 days, during the January-to-April window, and requires 25 hours of work per week.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and graduating no later than December 2027 (rising senior).
Able to work 25 hours per week for a full 10–12 weeks, up to a maximum of 89 days, during January through April.
Currently hold a valid U.S. driver's license, with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on the driving record within the past three years.
No drug- or alcohol-related conviction (DWI/DUI) on the driving record within the past five years.
Authorized to work in the United States without requiring the company's work-authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
At least 18 years old.
